I've been reading the Flowers Verse, slowly, going through each of the stories and may I just say you're an amazing writer with a wonderful command of language and emotion... Just WOW. Thanks for writing!!

I just wanted to let you know that I adore everything about this series. Up to and including "Target of Opportunity," which I also found somewhat disturbing (and I normally don't appreciate disturbing things, so you're really good). And the way you write the relationship between Jack and the Doctor... I'm going to use the word 'perfect' here, because I can't think of any way to improve upon it. Thank you for sharing your brilliance with the rest of us. :-)

I thoroughly enjoyed this series. I enjoy Doctor/Rose smut as much as the next person, but there's always a little part of me that thinks, "He's an alien. It would be exactly like it would be with a human male." So it's lovely to see a story where you make the Doctor alien, yet somehow make the relationship work. Plus, I appreciate your science geekiness, being a nerd myself.

I was a bit skeptical about this series (and AU), but I loved the Finders series so much I was willing to keep reading. So glad that I did! More than anything else I've read, this series manages to capture the essential alieness of the Doctor - and I'm not talking about biology or body parts. Seeing the Doctor through Ianto's eyes in particular was amazing.

What I'd really love to see is how "Children of Earth" unfolds in this universe, with the Doctor and Rose thrown into the mix. (hint, hint) :-)

Been rading the various stories completely out of order (and not all of them yet, I need to recharge my Rose batteries before I can read more Rose stories ATM) and just wanted to leave this general comment rather than for any story in particular - they really are great. Great interactions between the Doctor and Jack (and Torchwood when they're there) - and very well written. Hooray!

Author's Response: *blushes* Thank you! I hope the series can be read in random order and still make some sense . . . Sounds like it can, yay! :D
