You can tell quite a bit about a person by the way they treat books. I love that the Librarian recognizes the Doctor as a kindred spirit even without knowing his name.
Author's Response: Of all the characters in the two Universes, I thought they were the ones most likely to get along -- particularly since bibliophiles tend to understand one another. :)
