Reviews For The Time Between

: The Time Between

I absolutely loved this! Completely fantastic, and absolutely in character!! (That's very important to me. No awkward Doc/Sarah that makes you cringe at what would never happen!) You also got their relationship perfect! I know the Doctor cares anout his companions (even Harry) although he might like to deny it, and you got it perfect!! I never liked how the Doctor called him an imbecile (he isn't! He's just a bit of a scatterbrained klutz sometimes :), but dismissed it! I mean, at the time he had just been knocked on the head with a great big bomb strapped to his back! I can see why he'd be tense! But being the Doctor, he wouldn't show his tenseness and worry, and would therefore have to get it out somehow ... And what better way than to insult the one person who could take it with an eyeroll (or at the very most, an "I say!")?! I'm glad that you write them correctly, as as soon as there's an out of character moment, most stories lose their charm for me.

Also thank you for keeping it appropriate, as sex and innuendos usually just make for a bad story and a worse writer with a one-track, dirty mind. Kudos to you for having a bigger brain than that.

I'm begging for you to write more! Specifically of Harry! (He's my fav!!) I think that there's altogether not enough of him and too much of Rose on this site! (Not that I hate Rose, but lately, she's been more of a weed; turning up where she's not only not wanted, but doesn't belong!)

So, please, write more, I'm dying for it!

Author's Response: Hello, thanks again - it really means a lot that you\'ve enjoyed reading my silly stories. The Doctor, Sarah and Harry team is my absolute favourite (Harry is my fave, too, and I also dislike the \'imbecile\' moment) and I love writing for them. As you\'ve noticed, I\'m not a shipper, I don\'t feel any need to try to turn the relationships into something that they weren\'t, I just want them to have more adventures together like those we saw on-screen! I don\'t write very fast, though, which is why new stories tend to be few and far between.
