I absolutely love this!!!! What a wonderful twist, leaving Ianto a woman. I knew James Brown was the Doctor, when he talked about Jack changing the Universe for her, but I honestly thought that once Ianto had decided not to marry Wynn, and once both Jack & she had realised & declared their love for one another, as well as the proposal -- well, I thought that they would go to bed, and wake up in the morning, and Ianto would be all male again, all his parts restored. I thought maybe the Doctor was somehow allowing them to come to realisations as a male/female pair that they would never, ever admit to making as a male/male couple. Once they had done, he would return Ianto and let nature take it's course. Hmmm, it is interesting -- intriguing -- the way it is tho, that's for sure!!!! Job well done!!!
